A good movie warms my soul. From childhood I grew up watching the classics. classics such as Sound of Music, Pride and Prejudice, Singing in the Rain and Roman Holiday. But one of my all time favorites is Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. What. A. Classic. You know the song, "June Bride," where all the girls are dancing around and dreaming about getting married in June? I love that scene. Technically, the month of June was their springtime. In Texas, that is far from true, but in the great state of Oregon the snow melts and the flowers bloom in June. So after some days of searching and brainstorming of names, Marry Me in Spring was born. This movie inspires my creativity. I love the barn dancing, quilt skirts, wooden cabins and fields of flowers. It is such a fun movie to warm the heart and sing along to. If you haven't seen it, then watch it tonight!
